Return Process

  Locate the return form included in your original delivery and fill out the details regarding the items you wish to return and the reason for the request.

  Secure Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original Robert Welch gift boxes or protective sleeves, ensuring the package is securely taped to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Dispatch the Parcel

  Attach the provided pre-paid return label to the outside of your box and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location or post office.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
